RATES

• 2 night minimum stay

  3 night minimum stay on Holiday weekends

• Add $25 per person for each additional person per night.
• Saturday-Sunday night stays are at the weekend rate.

• Check in at 3pm.-Check out at 11am. You will be expected to wash your dishes, place the trash in the proper receptacles and make sure cabin is secure before departing.

• Reservations; require a $100.00 security deposit

• Cancellations; $100.00 cancellation fee applies to all cancellations. In the event of damages or extra cleaning requirements, additional charges may be applied.

• Payments; Full payment is required 2 weeks ahead of rental
  date.
